(this does not include any tailoring of Articles or drafting of shareholders’/Members’ agreement)

Company Secretarial Services
Per annum	£200 plus VAT
Together with provision of a registered office and appointment to the role of Company Secretary for an additional	£75 plus VAT

Report on Present Shareholder Agreements
(including Article of Association and any Shareholders’ Agreement where applicable)	£500 plus VAT *
(to include a simple checklist of other matters that the particular client(s) may wish to consider)

Commercial Disputes
Commercial Mediation	£1600 plus VAT per day £800 plus VAT per half day
