| Mortgage Services | For anyone organising their mortgage with the help of Mortgage Solutions Limited, under the HBIS scheme, we will waive all our fees normally associated with organising a mortgage. Our advice and services, for HBIS cardholders, are entirely free of charge. | | Buyers Protection | We will also offer, totally free of charge, Buyers Protection Insurance. This provides up to £600 of cover for legal and valuation fees incurred when "things go wrong". In the event of being ‘gazumped’, seller withdrawal, adverse survey, down valuation, change in your employment circumstances and family bereavement, it covers both residential and buy to let purchases when arranging a mortgage through Mortgage Solutions Limited and this cover is provided by
Legal & General Insurance Limited.
This FREE cover means that our clients can reclaim up to £600 in costs in the form of a voucher which is redeemable for up to six months from the issue date. As long as you submit a new mortgage application on a subsequent house purchase through Mortgage Solutions within six months, then legal costs and valuation costs will be covered up to a total of £600. |

Established in 1986, we organise mortgages for people wishing to purchase, buy to let, or remortgage a property. We also handle mortgage related protection such as buildings and contents cover, life cover, critical illness cover, and redundancy cover. We are INDEPENDENT to give you more choice.
For insurance business we exclusively arrange products from Legal & General.
A fee of up to £95 may be charged for arranging your mortgage. An additional fee of up to £295 may be charged on completion, the amount will depend on your individual circumstances . However, all fees will be waived for HBIS cardholders.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
